Ugh. I’m so ready to get back into the swing of things with diet/exercise. I lost the majority of the weight (thank you, breastfeeding!), but I HATE this jelly belly. I know it’s part of it, and I was the same way after I had Aerie and I got it off. But I am so darn impatient. I want my abs back. Now.
One good thing though is I talked my doctor into evaluating me at 4 weeks post partum, instead of the 8 weeks that he originally told me. I can’t go any longer without exercise. I’m going insane. I see him in a couple of days and am so hoping he releases me to work out.
Oh, by the way, I signed up for a CrossFit Competition which takes place at the end of September. This momma need to train!
